Every Crown connecting rod is individually serialized and tied to a permanent Crown inspection record.
Recorded information may include

- Inspection data
Customers and engine builders can use the Crown serial number to verify component information and maintain permanent traceability.
The inspection card can be lost. The record cannot.

Each Crown rod series uses hardware appropriate for its intended performance level. From SP8740 through genuine ARP8740 and ARP2000 hardware, fastener selection is part of the product design rather than an afterthought.

Crown components are inspected, serialized, and documented before reaching the customer.
